Shipping & Delivery

We always ship in discreet and neutral packaging. Depending on the destination, delivery is made by DHL or a contracted courier service.

  • Processing time: Orders are usually checked after receipt and prepared for shipping (business days).
  • Delivery time: Depending on the shipping destination and workload, delivery may take up to 10 business days.
  • Order tracking: If available, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information by email.
  • Please note: Delays due to logistics service providers, holidays, or increased shipment volumes are possible.

Tip: Please check your delivery address carefully. Undeliverable shipments can lead to delays and additional shipping costs.

  • Prepayment: Shipping will take place after full payment has been received.
  • Cash on delivery: Payment is made upon delivery to the courier. Additional fees may be charged by the shipping service provider.

Returns, Cancellations & Complaints

We ask for your understanding that many items are sealed and require sensitive storage. For reasons of hygiene, product safety, and tamper prevention, we may not be able to accept returns of opened or unsealed goods, to the extent permitted by law.

  • Unopened goods: Please note the applicable legal regulations (right of withdrawal and exceptions).
  • Opened/unsealed goods: May be excluded from revocation, depending on the product and legal situation.
  • Transport damage: Please document any visible damage immediately (photo) and report it to Support right away.
  • Incorrect/missing items: Please contact us promptly with your order number and a brief description.
