General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders, deliveries, and services made via the online store www.rauschrebell.com. The store is operated by Global Solution B.V. By submitting an order, you agree to these GTC.

Rauschrebell offers only legal incense blends, incense products, and clearly labeled collector's and research items. None of the items are intended for use on or in the human body and do not constitute consumer goods, food, or medicine.

1. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order. By submitting your order, you are making a binding purchase offer. The purchase contract is only concluded upon confirmation of shipment or actual delivery.

2. Prices & Payment Methods

All prices quoted are in euros. Any shipping costs will be shown separately during the ordering process. Depending on the size of the order, various payment methods are available, including prepayment and cash on delivery. If cash on delivery is selected, payment is made directly upon delivery of the goods to the shipping service provider.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is carried out exclusively from the European Union in discreet and neutral packaging. No product-related information is displayed on the packaging. Depending on the shipping destination and order situation, delivery time is up to 10 business days.

4. Protection of minors & intended purpose

Sales are restricted to persons aged 18 and over. All products offered are intended exclusively for room fragrancing, collection, or scientific analysis. The supplier is not responsible for any other use.

5. Right of withdrawal & returns

Due to the nature of the products, returns of opened or sealed goods are excluded. Unopened and undamaged products may be returned within the statutory period of 14 days.

6. Liability

Rauschrebell is not liable for damage caused by improper, unauthorized, or illegal use of the products. Legal liability claims remain unaffected by this.

7. Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of Global Solution B.V. until full payment has been received.

8. Data protection

Personal data will only be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

9. Final provisions

Dutch law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
